When you are looking to inform your youth ministry about sound biblical teachings there are a few things that you need to keep in mind. As a youth leader or youth minister you need to keep in mind who you are teaching and what you are teaching them. Speaking to a bunch of teenagers can be a difficult task if you are not up to it, or you haven’t planned properly. So use the following tips and keep in mind the next time you are presenting to your youth ministry or you are speaking in front of your church.
Teenagers for the most part have a very short attention span for anything that they do. If you do not keep their interest and grab their attention from the very beginning of your presentation you will see that a few heads will start to nod off. Today teenagers have a very busy life which is made up of school, extracurricular activities and also time with friends.

For a teenager to be part of youth ministry is at times one of the last things that they are thinking about. So when you are presenting a Bible lesson to a teenager make it fun for them and interactive. One of the ways that you can make a Bible lesson or your use group time interactive and engaging is by utilizing youth ministry games and also youth ministry icebreakers. If you plan to just teach the Bible lesson from Scripture, you run the chance of being boring, but throw in an activity or game to keep their attention.
Another thing that you should do when presenting to your youth ministry is be enthusiastic about what you are teaching. When you are spreading the word of Jesus Christ is important to be enthusiastic about your subject and let your love and passion for the word of God show through in every single word that comes out of your mouth. Being passionate about the subject will often lead to being animated which will help keep everybody’s attention and keep everybody engaged in your presentation.
Another great thing to do when presenting in front of a youth ministry is taking time to make sure that the material you are teaching as a direct connection to your students. By connecting a Bible story to their lives your students currently live you automatically drawing students in to the material. When you connect a Bible story to their lives you can give them actionable material that they can put into their lives right away. Instantly the Bible becomes a book now and not a book that was just relevant at the time it was written 2000 years ago.
By keeping these tips in mind when presenting to your youth ministry hopefully you will be able to make a deeper connection with your students. Every time you get up in front of your youth ministry remember that you are spreading the word of Jesus Christ and let your students know that you care for every single one of them.

Anchors are basically conditioned responses. In itself this would seem quite a logical and natural process, which of course it is, but anchors, as well as being negative and positive can be debilitating and disempowering. Whilst anchors can also be empowering and may remind us of happy events in our lives, generally speaking these conditions do not generally dis-empower us.

As with all NLP processes, what matters is the extent to which anchors are desirable, empowering and supportive of the process of life. A very dear friend of mine is an actor, and we have discussed many times how one can recreate a variety of emotions through anchors. What is interesting is that a sad story in itself, or a sad memory, doesn’t tend to work in creating tears, for example. What actually creates the tears is usually something unusual or unexpected within the story itself, but not the actual story or outcome.

Here is proof of the power of anchors. Think of a sad story and tell it to a friend. Somewhere in the tale is an anchor-something that will trigger tears in your eyes.

The principle of less subtle anchors is used to obvious effect when advertisers incorporate the association of fear, greed, power, wealth, control, love, passion etc. to their product or service.

Whilst there are the clear benefits of positive, empowering anchors, one of their most unfortunate and undesirable characteristics is the way in which they can slowly and parasitically burrow their way into personal relationships, creating, over time, conditioned responses that have attached themselves to painful events within the relationship.

Anchors provide a challenge for therapists and councillors, especially where couples are counselled together, because, in developing discussion about feelings, there is a danger of reinforcing some or all of the negative anchors that toe has created within them and associated with each other.

My consulting firm specializes in marketing and developing consumer products. Currently we are preparing a hunting product for launch at a major outdoor products tradeshow. This week I took the opportunity to attend the largest expo targeting the archery/bow hunting product industry to scout trends and network for my hunting product client. It was revealing and a valuable lesson was strongly reinforced.

In every industry, and especially on display at tradeshows, there are mammoth players that dominate their category. These leading brands are the stars of the trade and are immediately recognized as such by competitors and consumers. Their products typically are well established, their distribution channels fulsome, the marketing strategies are dominant and awareness of their products nearly universal to their targeted consumers.

The bow hunting industry show I spent a day visiting this week was like most of the hundreds of other trade shows I have attended over many years. The largest, loudest, most active booths were populated by the biggest archery product marketers. The vast majority of the stands in the show, however, were small, independently owned businesses, featuring more targeted product offerings. The opportunity to participate commercially in an industry, in this case for avid bow and arrow hunters, where the entrepreneur shares a passion for the sport with the pursuit of profit is a strong lure for the driven creator.

As I walked the show, I was able to meet and chat with a range of small business owners who love hunting with bow and arrow and relish the opportunity to earn their living in the archery/bow hunting industry. They have created products that fill needs they have identified from their field experiences. These people were virtually all passionate, positive and proud of the many items and specialty products they were showing.

Consider the simple hunting arrow. We all, even if we have never hunted in the wild, have shot or held an arrow, certainly as kids playing cowboys and Indians. We know there is a tip, a bow shaft and feathers built into an arrows assemblage of parts. At the trade show there were numerous purveyors of all types of arrows. Interestingly, there were also numerous vendors offering only tips, or shafts, or feathers, in a stunning range colors and styles. The specialization of these products, their artisan nature and the small, even seemingly tiny, niches they occupy were testament to the idea that building a better mousetrap will be profitable.

I left the show re-energized. The lesson I relearned for the thousandth time is this: If you have passion for something, and can identify a way to improve the experience, you can profit and enjoy earning a living doing what you love most. Many people do exactly this. They earn a good living from commercializing their hobby, craft or favorite pastime. It takes a bit of vision and a bunch of courage to successfully take the leap from employee to entrepreneur, but it is being done every day.

Youth sermons can be a little tricky to produce. When speaking and presenting to our youth you have to remember a few important things about your audience. Here are six necessary points to remember when creating youth sermons to present to your youth ministry or your youth group.
Youth sermons should be direct and to the point. The fact is teens don’t have long attention spans and become distracted very easily. You can try and try to fight against this but if you go on for an extended period of time you will probably lose the mass majority of the students who will just tune you out.
Youth sermons should show your love and your passion for the material that you are teaching. If you are passionate about your love for Jesus Christ then when you are spreading the word to your students, that love and passion will show through. Don’t be afraid to be enthusiastic and excited about the material while presenting it to your students, as this will be in keeping everybody’s attention and everybody’s eyes on you.

The more that they are focused on you, the more you can deliver the message that you are trying to give them.
Youth sermons do not have to be complicated and use a ton of technology. Today we have access to all kinds of media players such as TVs and computers to aid in our presentations. But the reality is sometimes you shouldn’t use these crutches, as they can get in the way of your message. If you have a clear and defined message that you want delivered to your students, standing in front of them delivering a message many times can be a much more impactful than if you were trying to dazzle them with a multimedia presentation.
The youth sermons that you deliver to your students should each have a clear defined goal or message. If you try to deliver too much material in one of your youth sermons, your message can get lost. So for each of the youth sermons that you deliver to your students have a focused clear defined message that you want them to take away from your time together. If you find yourself preparing youth sermons that have more than one message, it is a good idea to break those down into individual youth sermons that you can use at different times.
Lastly one of the most impactful things that you can do to make your youth sermons interesting to your students is to use stories from your own life and your community. If you can connect a message to somebody that your students know, they are much more likely to be interested in you will find it much easier to grab their attention than if you were talking about somebody that they have never heard of before. So try to personalize each one of your youth sermons to the best of your ability.
Keeping these tips in mind when creating and delivering your youth sermons will surely aid you in delivering the word of Jesus Christ.

Other medium like field work, media etc. to get users review of a particular game is very expensive, complicated and time consuming. Getting reviews of users using gaming forums is like a piece of cake for developers. These reviews are 100% accurate as they are taken straight away from the gamers across the world. Developers start marketing their gamer by posting a preview on gaming forums.
